Verification process

What the verified badge means

When you see a verified badge on a supplier listing, it means a real person on our team has reviewed that business. We check that the company exists, that they work in corrugated packaging, and that the details on their profile are accurate. It is not an endorsement. It is a trust signal for buyers who are comparing their options.

How verification works

Nothing is automated here. Every verification request is reviewed by a person on our team. The whole process usually takes less than a week.

01

Claim your listing

Start by claiming your existing listing or creating a new one on a paid plan. Verification is open to all paid tiers.

02

Request verification

Once your listing is live, request verification from your profile page or reach out to us directly. We will let you know if we need anything from you.

03

Manual review

Our team reviews your business details against public records, your website, and any supporting materials you share. How deep we go depends on your plan.

04

Badge or feedback

If everything looks good, your verified badge goes live within five business days. If something needs fixing, we will tell you exactly what to update.

What we check

The depth of our review depends on your plan. Every verified supplier passes identity checks. Higher tiers get progressively deeper reviews of your business classification and production capabilities.

Identity Verification

Standard, Premium & Manufacturer Pro

We confirm your business is real, located where you say it is, and that buyers can actually reach you. This is the foundation of every verified listing.

Business name and legal entity match state or county records
Physical address or facility location can be confirmed
Phone number is tested and reaches the business
Email address is valid and belongs to someone at the company
Company website is active and consistent with the listing
Listed contact person is confirmed as an employee or owner

Classification Verification

Premium & Manufacturer Pro

We validate that your business is categorized correctly. If you say you are a manufacturer, we confirm you actually make boxes rather than resell them.

Manufacturer vs. distributor classification is accurate
Facility type confirmed, whether that is a converting plant, sheet feeder, full-line plant, or something else
At least one listed capability independently confirmed through your website, catalog, or documentation
Service area and regional coverage claims are plausible for your operation size

Capability Verification

Manufacturer Pro only

The deepest level of review. We look at what you actually produce, how you produce it, and whether your certifications and specs hold up. This is the strongest trust signal a buyer can see on your listing.

Box types produced are verified against product samples, catalog, or website
Wall types including single-wall, double-wall, or triple-wall are confirmed
Printing capabilities confirmed by equipment type, whether flexographic, digital, or lithographic
Certifications like FSC, SFI, or ISO validated against issuing body records
Minimum order quantities and lead time claims reviewed for accuracy
Annual production capacity and equipment claims reviewed when provided

What verification does not mean

The verified badge is not a guarantee of product quality, pricing, delivery speed, or financial stability. It means we looked into the business and confirmed the listing details as best we could at the time of review. We always recommend that buyers do their own due diligence before placing orders.

Eligibility

Any supplier with a claimed listing on a paid plan can request verification. Standard and Premium plans receive identity verification. Manufacturer Pro includes the full three-tier review covering identity, classification, and capability checks.

There is no extra fee for verification. It is included with every paid plan. That said, we reserve the right to decline or revoke a badge if the listing details cannot be confirmed or if information becomes inaccurate over time.
